MTK0038 YB CAMSHAFT SEAL KIT (2WD)

Description This camshaft seal for the Cosworth YB 2WD engine is manufactured by the OEM seal manufacturer. This seal is made from Viton, a fluoroelastomer with exceptional resistance to chemicals and temperatures. It is resistant to silicone and mineral oils and greases, petrol and diesel fuels, and chlorinated hydrocarbons, even when under a high vacuum. The seal also includes a metal energiser garter spring that helps the sealing lip of the seal maintain a consistent and even pressure on the running surface of the shaft. Each MTK0038 camshaft seal kit contains two camshaft seals and two Viton O-rings.
